THIS UPDATE WILL BREAK EXISTING TRAILERS. To fix them simply go into the trailer manager, configure the broken trailer and reselect the chain type/body/chassis back to the original.

Added Grain Hopper support. Updated Box/Flatbed trailers to the latest SCS chassis model. Changed the configuration for Box/Flatbed trailers to add in non hooked varients to allow the use of lift gates and large banners.
