Added Log trailer support. Fixed mass ratios on Box/Flatbed 32ft + 28ft STAA Doubles and all Turnpike Doubles.

1.37 support. Removed banners from flatbed trailers due to clipping with hitch. Removed spread axle B flatbed mudflaps (remodelling required).

Fixed incorrect bumpers being present as a purchase option for Box and Chipvan Trailers. Fixed many Spelling/Naming errors on combinations.

Flatbed combinations supported. Added new Flatbed chassis: Spread Axle B Double. Added 2 Axle Dolly options to all Rocky Mountain Double combinations. Added additional toolbox slots on the 45ft Rear, 48ft Front, Rear, 3 Axle, 53ft Front, Rear, 3 Axle Flatbed chassis.
