Update 2.3.3c.fix - a mini-fix for some small issues:

- fixed `ct_ayaka_sap` in 2 recipes to `ct_ionic_sap`;
- fixed `mpcpistol` to `npcpistol` in Alta Security Officers;
- fixed `ct_alta_beret` to `ct_alta_state_beret` in Alta Security Officers.

Hotfix for the following error:

[Error] WorldServerThread exception caught: (WorldStorageException) WorldStorage generation failed while generating from queue (stack trace...) Caused by: (AssetException) Error loading asset /objects/alta/eds/decorative/lamppost/ct_eds_lamppost.png:on.default (stack trace...) [Error] UniverseServer: World CelestialWorld:-731924550:101411019:42326321:4 has stopped due to an error [Info] UniverseServer: World CelestialWorld:-731924550:101411019:42326321:4 shutdown, kicking 1 players to their own ships

Tested by:
- spawning and placing the EDS Lamppost;
- flying to a new planet and finding a couple to make sure they generate without an issue.
