Update 7.9:
1. After disabling mod, all Online Players will now have their Dyeable Scooters forcefully replaced with standard ones.
2. Mod will now attempt to apply Dyeable Scooter visuals to Online Players the moment they spawn.
3. Added visual effects for the case when client receives info about Dyeable Scooter being removed but does not have it actually removed yet.
