The easiest way without unsubscribing will be temporarily putting all folders inside steamapps\workshop\content\253230 (except for folder named 2005350844) to another folder or Trash Bin. In that case the game will only have Dyeable Scooter mod and you'll be able to check if it's the mod that disables your Camera Badge. Just don't save game and exit with Alt+F4, otherwise you'll lose all your modded progress. And obviously also move folders back to where they were.
However I personally don't have any issues with Camera Badge with this mod installed.
Does it also happen if this mod is the only one installed? I personally play with over 300 mods, including this one, and my game does not crash.
If you crash with error "Out of VRAM" or the game just crashes on load or (that happened to me once) causes your PC to reboot, you can try increasing pagefile size.
It seems that since some update all mods are loaded into virtual memory, and if you don't have enough of it, the game won't be able to start.
