More inconsistency fixes and missing pixel fills.

Fixed some stupid visual bug with afflictions. Fingers do not fly in a circle anymore.

Fixed the diamond armor crusader's diamond sword turning to iron when in combat. The crusader did not install Tinkerer's Construct. Also filled in a lot of missing pixels.

Added three new crusader skins.

They include:
-Blueish crusader. He has a hatred for skeletons.
-Red crusader. His ideologies may be... interesting.
-Green crusader. He grew an affinity for Minecraft, and so he requested diamond armor and tools from the blacksmith.
