-Fixed Ballast pump power consumption (You can actually fight the ballast fauna now, sorry about that)

Functional:
+Reworked hull around medbay. This removed one bed and cabinets placement got changed.
+Reworked Gunnery Compartment and gun placement (two new attachment points: top of medical, below bridge)
-The Electrical Discharge coil is now connected to a capacitor instead of the power net. Glows yellow when ready
+Rebalanced ballast so all the compartments have a similar size
+Changed some things about the airlock again. Should work better now but I wouldn't trust the AI with it
+Batteries now automatically stop charging when discharging.
+Reworked parts of the upper airlock to be safer (outer door closes automatically when internal door is opened from the inside)
