changed it so you can spectate players in a separate act, since it went kinda wacko in nyakuza

Made the transition to the HUD much faster, so you don't have to wait those akward 3.5 seconds for the scores to fill up and the hud fading in (yes, i know i'm a year and one month late shut up)
