added latin names. Opilio crab is now superchilled only if you have DF enabled.

-Replaced the japanese spider crab (now that is in AC) with the arrow crab. :)

-Blue crab no longer needs to grow (putting it in-line with the panther crab) and is cheaper. The Spider crab requires deep tanks once again.
