Updated Super Ocelot.

- doubled the efficiency of the ignition booster
- added a battery booster that triples the battery recharge rate (for fast recharge rate: rotor clutch disengaged, turb pos 5, battery booster engaged)

Updated Super Ocelot.

- redesigned switches position in cockpit
- added a main battery and a AUX battery switch
- added an ignition booster for faster engine startup and allowing startup with low battery
- with fuel hose, fuel can be pumped in and pumped out
- added an electric cable connector in the cargo bay, so the SO can recharge or be recharged from any external electric sources. Electric cable controls are in the cargo bay
- added "keep alive" block to all modules and the SO
- added a fuel hose at the back of Jet-A1 and Diesel modules
