Made the following changes to dialogue:
*Overhauled dialogue to feel more natural.
*Removed dialogue lines that required any Fallout-related context to understand.

This mod now uses JSON patching instead of just replacing the entire deadbeatscrounger.npctype file, meaning compatibility should be even more certified than before.
