TROM 3.4d change log

Sorry for frequent updates, but i think this is the last version of TROM 3.4
(save compatible)

- Added the new mtu characters. they are born a little later than MTU version.
- Added the Northern Army colonels event to Dong Zhuo, Gongsun Zan, Yuan Shu.
- Reduced reward Northern Army colonels number. (5 → 3)
- Now the veterancy increases unit's melee hit chance a little.

I will focus on the northern army unlock mission lines, MOH support, unit descriptions for a while.

I'm also looking into TUP support, but to be honest, I can't afford to maintain this version. The integration may not be difficult, but it can be difficult to keep it going. I will discuss more with TUP authors.
