- fixed jungle looking the same on flat land and hills

Split Biome Diversity off into its own series, separate from Climate Balance. Accordingly, the mod can now be found under the "BD" prefix in the mod manager.
Also, the mod has been renamed to "Denser Vegetation" to avoid a Variety/Diversity redundancy with the series name.
