Autofollow hotfix

Small update and item rework:
Health Potion - High priority, heals target unit, not a free action.
Shield Stone - Grants shield on self. High prio free action.
Refresher Shard - Increases power, now has a negative
Chrono Gem - Refreshes your highest cooldown, no negative

**General**
Direct damage now reveals both the attacker and victim, if either of them are inside a bush.

**Hero Changes**
__Pudge__
Retchling Mod 1 now extends duration.
Retchling Mod 2 reduces the cooldown of this ability.
Retchling Mod 3 now roots.

__Axe__
Splicer Blade Mod 3 now is Mod 1.
Splicer Blade Mod 1 now is Mod 2, increased values to compensate.
Splicer Blade Mod 2 now is Mod 3, increased values to compensate.

__Earthshaker__
Totem Slam reworked; no longer a single wide cone, Earthshaker can alternate between an AoE slam and a cone attack.

__Ogre__
Reduced range of Fireblast
Bloodlust now grants Might instead of Minimight, cooldown increased by 1.

__Juggernaut__
Damage on all abilities reduced by about 10%.
Blade Dance Mod 1 now heals.
Blade Dance Mod 3 now grants an extra slice, reduces damage from subsequent slices.
Wind Slash Mod 2 now grants shield instead of reducing cooldown.
Wind Slash Mod 3 now grants bonus damage for each target hit.
Reckless Stance now grants a Might instead of Minimight.
Focus Stance Shield up to 150, from 75
Reckless Stance Mod 2 Onslaught is now stronget
Reckless Stance Mod 3 now grants permanent damage on all attacks
Blade Fury Mod 1 now grants health per target hit.
Blade Fury Mod 3 applies stance bonuses to allies in an area.

**Items**
You can now switch items before the game.
Items are now color coded.
Items now show the user when they are activated, and disappear when used.

__Critical Strike__
Default for Offense Heroes.
__Healing Quince__
Now properly heals 400 hp over 4 turns.
Default for Tank Heroes.
__Wizard Mind Bomb__
Default for Support Heroes.
__Orb Of Negation__
New Item: Negates permanent damage for a turn.
__Blink Dagger__
Default dash item for all heroes.
__Orb of Disappearance__
Shorter range than Dagger, makes you invisible.
__Guardian Spirit__
Teleports you close to an ally, and grants shield.
__Minotaur Horn__
Formerly Black King Ward. Default for all heroes.
__Refresher Shard__
New Item: Refreshes all cooldowns by 1.
__Oracle__
Grants unobstructed vision of the target area. Reveals heroes inside bushes.
