I found the error. It was just, that the Arma3 KI could not walk inside this particular building. I tested the last scene multiple times and it seems to work much more reliable now.

I hopefully fixed all the triggers and interactions that were broken. Sorry for the inconvenience. I test played the mission again right now and everything worked
