  • Changed the Boss and Bank Space colors to Red and Blue respectively.
  • Reworded a few rules for clarity.
  • You no longer lose 1 Glory for dying to anything unless you die in Combat from a Monster's attack. Card effects can still make you lose extra Glory anyway.
  • Escaping Combat only makes you lose 1 Glory now, but can only be done if you're fighting Monsters. You can no longer Escape from duels.
  • Removed half the House tiles from each color (20 -> 10) and increased the number of other Tiles required to make the board (17 -> 25). In total, the minimum was decreased from 42 to 40 to make the entire board overall.

More rebalancing and shaping of the table.

  • The game now supports up to 8 players.
  • Houses now have associated ownership blocks and Gold/Glory Counters to keep track of their values so you don't have to constantly count bills/tokens.
  • Combat was reworked to be way more streamlined. You can now Escape from Combat for a price and send your Monsters towards any players of your choice that are still in Combat.
  • The Artist was buffed to a 2/2 and given an additional ability.
  • The Wrestler was entirely reworked.
  • All of the Monster cards were rebalanced again to coincide with the new Combat changes.
  • A total of 5 new Item cards were added to the deck that allow for counterplay. There are 3 unique cards in total.
  • The Playmoney and Tokens were shrunk down to take up less space.

Working out a lot of kinks in the rules as I playtest.

  • A major template update to make the game look a bit better, hopefully.
  • Houses are in the game now, to make the board a bit more bulky and less chaotic (at first). 20 Gold to buy and can be upgraded up to 3 times for an additional 10 Gold or 1 Glory. Landing on your own House nets you a copy of what you paid for it. Landing on another player's House requires you to pay them that much.
  • A few new Classes were added and everything was (mostly) rebalanced.

First public release! (finally)

  • Massive card design update (again)
  • Added 5 new classes, 7 new Items, 10 new Chance cards, and 1 new Monster.
  • Repurposed or fleshed out certain cards to be more balanced or more useful.
  • Added a clause to "Other Rules" regarding the Vault; It's unable to hold anything other than Gold or Item Cards.
  • Added an edge case for how reward distribution works in multiple player combat instances; If the split in rewards is uneven, the extra bits of the reward go to the player that dealt the most damage.
  • Generally made Monster cards more difficult to deal with, as well as rebalanced a lot of their rewards.

  • Fixed the rules for how the game checks for the win conditions. It originally was written that someone had to stay at the Glory Road space, or otherwise end up there, by the end of the round to trigger the win conditions. Now, if anyone touches the Glory Road space by any means, the win conditions are checked during the end of that round.
  • Added some search tags to the Workshop upload.

After a bit more testing, I might make this public even though there's a huge lack of art assets. I'll get on that eventually.
