M48 and armour ammo improvements by DamianM

- M48 reworked commander sight (old sight and new visor)
- M48 new realistic sights for main gunner (folder sight inside)
- M48 reworked armor (new rvmat for front armor "200 mm" plate and changed values of hitpoints)
