Plane update

- Add support for pilot name on the left side of A-4
- Add NameLeft selection to both A-4
- Add abbreviateName and setNameOnPlane function
- Add GetIn eventhandler to A-4 for setting the pilot name
- Add setting name to init eventhandler of A-4

Planes update

- Fix auto landing on BHR for A-6, remove custom landingAoa and brakingDistance, use defaults
- Fix model.cfg errors as detected by BIS binarize and pboProject
- added wheels to distance lods of A-1
- removed towhook bone from model.cfg
- remove furthest distance lod of both A-4 variants
- fixed fuel and minutova/hodinova duplicated bones in view pilot
- removed duplicate canopy bone in A-4 model.cfg
