* Finally made the script persist throughout rounds using env_soundscape_triggerable WITHOUT using coop.nut!

* Moved script-loading system to a common script-loading system. (using coop.nut, versus.nut, survival.nut, etc.)

All because Valve did not f*cking put in an easy way to just load the script with it's event hooks properly by itself without using the gamemode names, map names, commentary text files, etc.
The old method had it's event hooks discarded everytime the round restarted, which I just couldn't find a good solution to fix.
