Deleted additional loot generation, it caused errors on new game version. So no more additional clips and ammo.

Decreased base accuracy for most guns to 80% so you cant shoot precise after running, you have to aim.
M1911 and short revolver now more silent, only 18 tiles sound.
Increased rifles range, especially .308 rifle.
