-Adjusted Aether blastzones to be consistent with Basic

v2.0 - THE LONG AWAITED SCRIPTING UPDATE

CHANGE NOTES
-Fixed the lower foreground fog not tiling properly
-Fixed the background fog not extending far enough down
-Removed inactive cloud platform from Basic mode
-Added Bonnetors spectating the match
-Added vertical bobbing on the hat ships
-Added functioning hat platform to Aether mode (expands when hit)

-Increased bottom blastzone from 368 to 400
-Decreased side blastzones from 516 to 460
-Decreased side blastzones from 644 to 600
