Instructions:
-Navigate to the mod directory
--Default is <Documents>\Klei\OxygenNotIncluded\mods\Steam\<a number>
-<a number> is apparently different for different users. If you don't see 'BigStorage.dll' in that directory, check other directories in the Steam folder.
-Copy config.template.json to config.json and edit.
Notes:
Changes to capacity will update on your very next load on a game in progress.
I have not tested things like lowering the capacity on a full container. Or using very crazy numbers.

I have to manually fill out change notes by hand on steam? What am I, a cave man?
