Update:
-Changed Spawn rate of Special Ammo Crates
-Crates now give ammo and can reset current ammo type
-Crates will also give reserve special for when you pick up a gun later
-Throwables spawning correctly
-Added '/bd_items_set_all' to give all items a specific ammo type
-Fixed chain shots hitting players on the same team
-Fixed hypnotic ammo not working when independent
-Fixed weapon ammo sometimes breaking when spawned
