-Added experimental RPG animations--recycled from rebels. Currently, any metro cop holding an RPG will not move.

*Fixed the shotgun reload animation so that it doesn't play forever.

*Complete mod rework. mod now uses police_ss file
*Fixed clipping arms when shooting with SMG
