v2.6 The Polish Patch

[SUMMARY]
-Whifflag and Hitpause adjusted on most moves
-Hime is slightly lighter now, and slight air speed reduction
-Fair, Dtilt, and Bair adjusted
-Arrows have new sounds, NSpecial rebalanced
-USpecial and FSpecial polished

-- VISUALS --
+ Hime's bomb arrow arc is much more normal
+ Hime's USPECIAL grapple arrow now returns to her. The return does not
have a hitbox, and is functionally a visual, HOWEVER, in the brief
period of time before it begins to be pulled back towards her,
it can still grab walls. This technically lengthens her recovery
and it's leniency window a slight bit.
+ Due to the bugfix of USPECIAL no longer disappearing on landing, some slight
graphical adjustments were made to USPECIAL while grounded to make it make
sense now, as well as adjusting some timings to make the arrow return to
you as Hime actually pulls it in. She gets dust when she properly lands with
it as well.
+ Hime has some new dust
+ Fixed several colouring errors and holes in her sprites

-- AUDIO --
+ Hime now has new sound effects for all arrow-related moves

-- BALANCE --
- Max Jump Horizontal Speed reduced (6.5 --> 6)
- Max Air Speed reduced (6.5 --> 6.25)
- Hime's knockback adjustment increased (1.00 --> 1.05)
- Whifflag was corrected on all normals, which lead to a nominal increase in
whifflag overall. Some moves have been minorly compensated, and if they were,
it is listed here. Most moves, however, it only makes a difference of a frame
or two.
- Hime now has proper hitpause on all of her moves. There are too many to list -
the gist is that they now all have scaling where they should, and are increased
to numbers that make sense. This, notably, makes UTILT more disjointed.
+ Hime's hurtboxes were improved, making Orochi, FX, and weapons invincible.
+ USTRONG endlag reduced (22 --> 18)
- USTRONG now has whifflag
+ USTRONG damage increased (4 --> 10)
+ Technically a bugfix, DSTRONG has one less frame of endlag due to no longer having
a one frame long window at the end.
* FSTRONG's whifflag now correctly begins after the hitbox of the move. To compensate,
FSTRONG's endlag was reduced (29 --> 26), however, the whifflag is greater than it
was previously.
- Technically a bugfix, Hime's NSPECIAL comes out 3 frames later to match the
visual. To compensate, it starts further out.
- NSPECIAL charge 2 and fully charge angle increased (35 --> 40)
+ NSPECIAL charge 2 Knockback Scaling increased (0.2 --> 0.3)
- NSPECIAL fully charged Base Knockback decreased (10 --> 6.5)
+ NSPECIAL fully charged Knockback Scaling increased (0.5 --> 0.85)
- FSPECIAL explosion angle increased (38 --> 40)
+ FSPECIAL no longer has a lifetime due to now correctly destroying itself against floors
+ USPECIAL no longer stalls you if you jump-cancel it too early. This is technically
a bugfix, however, it makes jump cancelling USPECIAL significantly easier,
and is therefore a sizable buff.
+ USPECIAL jump cancel now has a horizontal speed cap.
+ BAIR hit 1 and 2 are now much larger. Mostly vertical - slight range buff
- More time between BAIR hits (3F --> 4F)
- 1 additional frame between FAIR 1 and FAIR 2 (8 --> 9)
* FAIR endlag is now 11F... technically, from 7F, but also technically, from 13F,
because the whifflag was bugged.
+ FAIR 1 Damage increased (2 --> 4)
+ FAIR 1 hitbox size increased
+ FAIR 1 no longer has an angle flipper
- FAIR 2 Damage decreased (8 --> 5)
- FAIR 2 Angle increased (30 --> 40)
+ FAIR 2 hitbox size increased
+ FAIR 2 Base Knockback increased (5 --> 6)
- FAIR 2 active frames reduced (6F --> 4F)
- DATTACK now has one less frame of invincibility, due to the invincibility now
actually disappearing on endlag
- JAB 1 Angle increased (38 --> 40)
* JAB 1 hitbox size increased (increasing it's range), however, it goes less
far into Hime
+ JAB 2 Base Knockback increased (4 --> 5)
* JAB 2 hitbox range increased, however size vastly decreased
- JAB 2 can no longer tilt-cancel
- DTILT's speed is now set, though is slightly faster overall to compensate
- DTILT active frames reduced (18 --> 14)
+ DTILT hitbox size slightly increased
+ DTILT jump cancel window leniency slightly increased
+ FTILT 1 active frames increased (3 --> 4) to better match the visual
+ FTILT 2 active frames increased (2 --> 3) to better match the visual
+ FTILT hitbox size increased

-- BUGFIX --
+ Hime's bomb arrow physics are much more accurate now, properly breaking against walls and floors
+ Hime's bomb arrow now properly displays the destroy animation when it destroys against the ground
+ USPECIAL will now always defaultly face straight forward in the way you're facing
If nothing on your controller is held, it will go the way you're facing.
+ USPECIAL no longer disappears upon landing
+ USPECIAL behaviour in general was slightly normalized, and the hitboxes
should match the visual a bit better. Should feel better in general.
+ Some SFX timings have been adjusted to better fit the visuals

v2.4: The M̶i̶d̶n̶i̶g̶h̶t̶ 3am Patch

- Turnaround removed on DAttack
- Dtilt distance standardized
- Air Acceleration .3 -> .25

+ Added Miiverse Support
+ Added an Intro Dialogue for Hime and Zetta. Down Taunt before any blows are exchanged to activate. (Both Himes need to down taunt for the ditto line.)
+ Added a new Red & Black palette into the main 16! "Rokesha" has been moved to the palette selector.
+ USpecial now works on article platforms! (Epinel and Kragg, you've met your match.) This also means that USpecial also works on custom stages with moving platforms.
