made the crab backpacks be sold in adventure shops rarely. (Normals have 15-33 chance seed, Thieve's 8, Crab has only 3)

Added a backpack for crabs.
Make backpacks for dogs bigger.
Reduce spawn rate in vendor inventory.
Delete stealth penalty from normal types.
