Reduced the horizontal movement on forward strong.

Forward special command grab fixed (hopefully).

Temporary fix to the fspecial game crash issue which is caused by a change in the game's code (out of my control, sorry). The fspecial currently doesn't grab properly but at least it shouldn't crash the game anymore.

Fixed a few bugs relating to forward special.

v3. Command grab fspecial has been implemented. Fixed the knockback on the ustrong projectile. Yuyuko now has a complete moveset, so consider this to be the first "full" release.

Neutral special now works as a charge shot, fixed the down special animation.
