* Fixed offscreen.png palette.
* Fixed Dash Attack from not hitting again after being canceled with jump.

Up Special:
+ Sucks players in so the final hit connects more consistantly.
- Can now be SDIed easier.

- Forward Air: Angle and Knockback adjusted to be less strong.

This update was just me trying to get the update numbers to work correctly. I still don't get how it works.
