The disadvantage is that the editor is separated into 2 distinct things :

Explain:
When you start this scenary the map as changed, you see now Salt instead wheat , that is Tiled editor.

Tome change effectives Wheat is now Salt with "new scenario" ! version 1.0.3 , work perfect !

Then for user old version 1.0.2 with update of the Workshop we load only new level.tmx ,with Tiled editor.
Icon as Salt now , and production stay Wheat ! save file as changed , with new map tmx only.
I can't change that it's in your save file , concept of script with Tome don't changed/reloaded parameters with old save.
but I could be wrong ! Devs report about that.

We need new scenary to work ! version 1.0.3 and effectives old Wheat change to Salt now.
A new start , everything will be in order ! :)
