Syntax change in Language files

Changed the ingame name for waste ingot to ingot (uranium) for all 19 supported languages by stationeers.
(some of those language files where really lacking).

It should be Processed Uranium or Uranium Bar or something but those 2 words where already translated in like 16/19 language files.

First pass.
+Arc Furnace
+(Adv) Furnace

This will also allow the trading of WasteIngots as a valuable resource in trading.
Fabricators will accept it, so you can make your RTG and Nuclear Battery recipe rely on it.
