fixed a buy where a random naked shek would called character would sometimes spawn instead of Lesso.

There will be a new faction the these 3 characters belonged too before you recruit them and eventually they will be given a base and have npcs and vendors. once you recruit all 3 of these characters they will become allied.

temporarily removed 2 criteria to recruit the Wanderer, added Lesso and basic dialogue, added X IV but he is not recruitable yet.

Added some serious diplomatic/faction relations effects, also added 2 checks to be able to recruit the NPC, one is having X cats the other is the squad of the player all being stronger than the NPC by X. Updated description, and some dialogue, will work on more dialgoue that will reveal the rest of the lore/story of the NPC.

Thumbnail will be changed asap to character screen shot, location will be changed currently in Squint for testing. More dialouge will be addded and potential quests. any idead pls comment.
