-Added a Memory scaling wand to act 1! This will hopefully open up some interesting build paths, and I might add a skill to it later to pass its' unique status on to others, but I'm not sure about that yet.

-Edited the most recent grenadier item to scale with scoundrel instead of being a flat increase to grenade damage.

-Upped the Rune slots on armors so that they can stay viable into the late game.
-Fixed Dimensional Energy on some of the weapons for real this time, I had a typo in the status name.

-Changed Breathing Bubble on Aero helm back to favorable wind (aura version this time), since breathing bubble was negating all surfaces instead of just clouds and it got annoying.

-Some cleanup for status applications, (perpetuate, status extenders, etc) and accounting for walk it off.
-Fix for Noose working with my Reaper Shadow Summon, effectively making it have infinite lifetime if not attacked to the brink of death.

-Fix for Dimensional Energy not being visible on BonusUniques weapons if you had reaper loaded.

-Added another Unique to Act 2, a ring for geo builds that allows them to exist when the world is on fire.
-Fix for Burning on weapons being 100% apply, had this for necro/entangled previously but I didn't realize burning had it too.
-Fix for desync on Artemis' skill between the animation and the hit.

-Added 2 new uniques to Act 2:
1. A Strength 2 handed sword that has very high base damage, but requires 3 ap for actions.
2. A Poison themed amulet that helps you spread your toxins.
