Updated - some clean up. removed option from IsManagedScenario from gameoptions. updated all the playfields (missing blueprints or POIs).. Some Biomes missing default value.

Updated Hotfix - found the scenario not loading (tested on dedi server). I did some updates to the sector.yaml. Afterwards, it loaded the starting planet and POI. Everything seems to be working so far. Teleporters, Traps, Factions, POIs, Lootables, Traders and Trader stations etc...
