Fixed not being able to interact with leadertboard. Fixes to revival system and RCon commands.

Fixed admin menu being visible when the play list was visible. fixed wunderfizz breaking when game resets while its active. made vortex sound on wunderfizz fade out. made wunderfizz vortex sound turn off sooner.

Changed Leader board button text to red. Changed Wrist text that says "Mod by xCeezy" to red. Made liquid drop even more when drank.

fixes to wunderfizz animations. Fixed perk bottle grabbed from wunder fizz being deleted when bought again.

made liquid level drop even more when drank. Fixed cap taken off sound playing twice. disabled hip reloading because it only spawns an empty mag.... Fixed bottle break sound triggering on the server causing the bottle to break early.

Fixed head colliding with zombie and making it hard to move and maging ragdoll fly across the map like a ballon with a hole . fixed dogs having a zombie head emerge from there corpse on death.
