Fixed Bear perk not fully removing hug and fixed perk icons not going away.

I think I fixed the culling issue with the wunderFizz.

Added admin bear bottle that removes all perks and plays samantha voice when you don't get a power up from using the teleporting in der riese.

Added Zombie Cure syringe and uninfect event in the player proxy. Made it so the revival icon will slowly turn red base on how much time they have until they bleed out.

added Black op 3 perk bottles.

When you get downed you now lose 5% of your points and when you are revived the reviver gets 5% of your points. Fixed player HP being set to 25 On the client when revived durring infection mode.

Player zombies now have a attack cool down for both of their hands.

Fixed wunder fizz teddy bear not showing. Made it so player zombies don't collide with downed players. Reviving someone in infection mode will revive then with 25 hp.
