1) Reverted the culture amount for kills back to 50% instead of 25%.

1) Added a new promotion icon for Way of the Warrior

2) Removed the +10% combat strength bonus from Way of the Warrior. Instead, the Samurai's combat strength is now 24 instead of 21 (equal to a Musketman).
