What's new in this epic version that took way too long?

- Fixed charple ragdolls
- The burning is now damage based (Basicaly ragdolls burn more realistically. You can throw a ragdoll into other props that are on fire to burn the ragdoll.)
- VFire support is possibly broken, inform if it is
- "Better" code (this means that if this addon previously conflicted with other addons it shouldn't now)
- maybe other changes i dont remeber making anymore
