1.0.6 - Add delay between the attacks and the pig showing up, in case you just want to run from the fight. Also, added more UI improvements. Next update should be focused on new features.

Re-balancing:
* Cosmic Pig scaling based on distance from center
* Cosmic Pig has weapons attached as originally planed
* Hunter scaling adjusted
* Hunters attack on Common system module
* Cleaned up a lot of the code
* Encyclopedia entry :)

Fixed out of ship bonus allocation. Made bonus more frequent (same rate though)
