Re-balancing:
* Cosmic Pig scaling based on distance from center
* Cosmic Pig has weapons attached as originally planed
* Hunter scaling adjusted
* Hunters attack on Common system module
* Cleaned up a lot of the code
* Encyclopedia entry :)

Fixed out of ship bonus allocation. Made bonus more frequent (same rate though)
