Hi.

- Code has been cleaned up a bit. Don't know what this will do to old saves.
- Removed the puke-green skin tones. Saiyans should now have default human skin tones.
- Tails are unique to avoid compatibility issues down the line.
- Added a missing Royal tribute value, let me know if I haven't crashed the whole economy with this.
- This will get some graphic updates next time.

Known issues:
- Custom Meditation spot overlaps with the Royalty basic meditation spot.
- Character Editor only wants to give them the custom hairs
- Still only getting one type of head despite my removing the restriction

I will work on the mini-mods once I feel this one has been sufficiently updated.
