This is no longer being updated. Feel free to release a new version or use the assets for your own projects.

There is a newer, cooler Saiyan mod made by another author, which includes ki skills and transformations. You should try it out.

Please note my DBZ mods have nothing to do with it and I will not fix any incompatibilities.

This mod was created by Ace Raider and Zero-Exodus, I merely cleaned up the code to make it usable in 1.0.
Please note that I will not be developing this mod any further. It comes as is.
I will just smooth out some already-existing features whenever necessary because it's been 4 different versions of Rimworld + DLC since the mod was originally created, but that's about it.
If someone else wants to keep working on it, go for it. Just be sure to give proper credit to everyone involved.

- Be, befriend and fight Saiyans (included Alien Race)
- Plant Senzu Plants in soil or a hydroponics basin to get the ultimate medicine. Senzu beans should raise the success chance of cures by quite a bit, though the final result still depend on your doctors.
They have their own research with the following prerequisites: Tree Sowing, Devilstrand, Cocoa, Hydroponics, Medicine Production (git gud at plants)
- All ki-related things can be done at a production building called "Training Arena". It's similar to the old Ki Manipulation Area, but can be made of any stone and not just marble.
Both the arena and unlocking ki in general needs the "Ki Control" research. No prerequisites.
- The medidation spot is 100% separate from the Royalty meditation spot. It's simply a small pillow you can have in your pawn's personal quarters to generate ki.
- Graphical updates
- Custom menu and battle music

- Gather Ki at the Meditation Spot to make attacks (equipable weapons) at the Ki Manipulation Area and Melee Technique Zone
- Plant a Senzu Bean Plant (hydroponics required) to acquire the ultimate medicine
- Make paint at a Crafting Spot to construct the Melee Technique Zone
- Be, befriend and fight Saiyans (included Alien Race)
- Custom menu and combat music

- Have a tail and 2 custom hairs (along with all the other vanilla hairs)
- Elite, Middle Class and Low Class types
- Can appear as starter colonists, slaves, refugees and wanderers.
- Have their own factions too (Medieval)
- About twice as strong as humans, twice as fast, and a bit sturdier in general.
- Research, learn and work 20% slower (average) than humans.
- Live up to 100 years

If you use this along with Ancient Rim - SPQR there's a chance saiyans might spawn with Roman apparel, which I think is thematically very cool.
