-Changed the colors of every City-State, so that they are more unique and distinguishable on the minimap, with colors based off real-life flags

- Merged nguyenforthewin's Europe 2014 Components 1 and 2 into the main mod, so Components 1 and 2 are no longer required to run the mod and have been deleted from the Steam Workshop; the separate components existed earlier due to issues in publishing the mod
