Patch Notes V0.19

Fixes to base spawn locations
Flyers now spawn & patrol
Flyers will pickup low rep players and drop them from the sky , If rep is low enough they may take you back to there base
Added option to add custom dino\'s to the tribe tier spawn tables
Fixed Swimming in circles issue
Fixed wandering 2 far from base
Fixed NPC\'s not respawning
NPC\'s no longer use melee attack if 2 far away from target
NPC\'s will equip weapons slightly more efficiently
Players can now pickup and use NPC\'s items properly
NPC\'s projectiles are more accurate & will always hit
NPC\'s structures should always have an owner now
NPC\'s now use guns correctly
NPC\'s will now build,evolve & tame without requiring players around
NPC\'s now have greenhouses
