Fixed NPC\'s sometimes going invincible.
Females now equip when they are spawned.
Removed some spawn containers in the snow biomes to hopefully reduce swarming.

Fixed tribes evolving 2 fast.. artifact from test. Added new INI configs .. can see in discussion. Changed UI key to F10. Fixed some Animations not being constructed properly.
