Replaced planter sprite, adjusted seed sprites so they appear in the planter better, the planter now creates cultivated versions of the vanilla plants, this is so I could modify the look of the sprites while they're in the planter without overwriting vanilla files, the new cultivated versions are functionally the same except they produce one fewer of their deconstructed resources for balance, the seed processor should now have 4 input slots

Wrote a description, fixed item sizes, fixed power issues, changed machine deterioration rates
