Fry pan has more knock out stun and shield defense

Remove bleed damage from spawned cooks pan and pot weapons. Worn and darker metal texture.

Fixed compatibilty where none of the items sheath to the player's back to avoid bad looks (Savage Steel compatibility I believe). Stack in inventory now. Changed the look of cook's weapons when they spawn (either spatulas, fry pans, or the regular dual daggers - stats of weapons are steel poignards in any case).
