Added the classic alpha/beta rifle audio for the MR-50 which is the Alpha rifle visually

Made all the rifles held straight and not in a weird angle that Warfare update introduced. You'll hold the rifle up right and get to see more gun.

Buffed the weapons more.

fixed strange error that occur in multiplayer.

Adjusted some weapons to make them more unique.

Rapid Rifle: crosshair is now centered to the iron sight
Standard Rifle: been given the Beta rifle performance making it full automatic WITH the downside of Keen's recoil.
Elite Pistol: has 3 round burst like the Elite Rifle.

Adjusted the iron sight to be more centered on the rifle.

Buffed the rifles because how keen made them so worthless against npcs.

Updated to work in the war pack1 update.
