1.9.1 beta version

Added the decision for Anarchist Commune that allows you to kill all of the Anarchists for 750 pp, revert back to being Spain and switch ideology as normal.

After taking the decision you will get a generic focus tree and you'll be able to release puppets again.

- Anarchists are treated like conservatives (which is wrong and will be fixed), but the mod should work flawlessly with 1.9 so I decided to update it.
