-50 New states
-18 new countries Elrhaz, Jobaria, Ourania, Chebsahalia, Spinophors, Cristatu, Spinotrophs, Carcharia, Suchomis, Afrovia, Aegyptia, Baharia, Tiadal, Azhdarchids, Malwanis, Suqah, Madar, and Al-Khod
-Two formable nations added (Irhazia and Gobero in the West African States)
-Abelia removed (for now)
-New idea category "National Values"
-New idea groups "Tolerance of Minorities" and "Primary Class", purely cosmetic, functionality planned later
