some changes:

- added a few options
- switching badge effects shouldnt be buggy anymore (unless you already have no bonk, fast hatter or magnet equipped)

improved performance a bit and fixed a weird bug with hookshot

(not 100% fixed but it shouldnt happen anymore except under some very specific circumstances)

small changes:

- unequipping the badge now properly destroys all actors
- added an option to choose between different badge effects
- made the badge work on any graphic settings

Fixed some stuff including:

- Player 2 also has a trail now!
- there shouldn't be two trails anymore when in a Rift Collapse
